1. Repack the product.

Ensure that the product(s) are in the exact same condition as they were when you received them (including tags attached). Please also ensure that they are in the correct packaging. Missing packaging may result in Divine Fashion LTD declining the return of the product(s).

2. Send to the address provided.

When returning the product(s) we highly recommend that you use an insured service and/or ensure the package(s) is recorded. Divine Fashion LTD take no responsibility for the product(s) whilst they are in transit back to us. The returns address will be provided by a member of the team once they have accepted your returns order.

3. Keep an eye on your inbox.

A member of our team will notify you when we have received your returned product(s), however, this does not signify that your return has been accepted. Our team will conduct thorough checks to ensure the product(s) can be returned. If the return is accepted you will receive a email stating that you are in credit of the exact amount of your purchase, this credit is valid for 6 months starting from the issue date. If the team suspect there is something wrong with the return or fraudulent activity we will take the appropriate legal action.
